Kolorbond is manufactured from the highest quality products and does not contain CFC's, cadium, zine, formaldehyde or isicyantes. It is a single pack product that requires no catalyst or hardener and is very "user-friendly".

Kolorbond - Making Coloured PVC-U... a Reality

With all the advantages that PVC-U offers in the fabrication of doors, windows, consevatories and other building components, until now it has only been possible to specify white and brown and laminated woodgrain effects. This has now changed with KOLORBOND, a unique simple part colouring system that allows PVC-U to be specified in an almost limitless combination of colours. Thus the advantages of PVC-U may now be enjoyed in specifications that call for colour.

KOLORBOND works by chemically bonding with the substrate - KOLORBOND is not simply a surface adhesion paint, it will not crack, peel or flack.kolorbond also has excellent weathering and colour stability characteristics and comfortable exceeds the requirements of cross-hatch adhesion tests, such as sued by BSI.

KOLORBOND is suitable for domestic, commercial and architectural applications for new-build or refurbishment projects. Any colour in the RAL spectrum may be specified, including effective woodgrain and even special finishies such as pearlescent or metallic. Combinations may also be specified, such as colour on the outer frame with the inner surfaces remaining white. The only limitation is the imagination of the specifier.

KOLORBOND is distributed only by Window Ware to approved and licensed applicators. Quality is guaranteed through strictly monitored application and QC procecdures. Waterborne Kolorbond is a revolutionary, waterborne coating that is proving to be the future for environmentally clean and safe coatings for plastics, rubber and other demanding surfaces such as aluminium.

A highly vesatile product, Waterborne Kolorbond has been specifically formulated to adhere to the most difficult substrates. In the construction industry, Waterborne Kolorbone is the natural complement to the infamously tough and long proven solvent-borne Kolorbond.

Application onto concrete, medium density fibreboard and aluminium have all been made possible and, almost without exception, the use of Waterbornes has reduced the number of processes required to coat the substrate.

Waterborne Kolorbond is supported by a complete range of water-based preparations and cleaning products.

Based on the RAL range, Waterborne Kolorbond is available in a wide choice of colours that will satisfy almost any application. Corporate colours and industry standards are also available.
